To start padding up the hair for my puppet, I cut out a piece of foam for the head and the hair to work on top of with needle felting!
And the result was this! The hair is a lot more three dimensional than my puppets last year so I am pretty pleased about that :)
Here's a photo of the whole thing! It's starting to come together nicely!
