When the time comes to
do my animation, I also have to lip sync a piece of dialogue. For this puppet,
I have decided to make replaceable mouths as a means of lip syncing. I decided
to use this method because I used paper mouths previously and I would like to
try something different. Once each mouth shape has been finalised, they will
all be baked and painted to fit to the colour of the head. I will also add a
piece of K & S to each mouth to slot it into the head when each mouth needs
to be changed.

- Helllllo there I'm Amy :) I am a graduate with a 2:1 degree in Stop Motion animation. My main specialty is creating characters and environments using fabric such as felt. This blog is just a place for me to share some of my work. I have a long way to go still but, I'm determined to improve my skills and someday make a living out of something I'm passionate about :) I hope you all enjoy viewing my blog and if anyone has any questions, feel free to ask.
